Day by day
Nairobi
Welcome to Kenya! On your arrival in Nairobi, a representative will meet and assist you through immigration and customs before your Wildlife Safari guest manager escorts you by private vehicle to Eka Hotel. Settle in and recover from your international flight with the rest of the day at leisure.
Amboseli
Fuel up on breakfast before you set off in your 4WD vehicle with your Wildlife Safari guide towards Namanga. Enter Amboseli National Park, its backdrop being the highest peak in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro. You’ll begin game viewing immediately on the way to Ol Tukai Lodge, in awe of your magnificent surroundings. Once you’ve made yourself at home, head out on an afternoon game drive returning around sunset, with time to freshen up before dinner.
Amboseli
Set off on your early morning game drive and, with a bit of luck, Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-covered peak will be clear and uncovered. Return for a late breakfast with the remainder of the morning to relax at the lodge. After lunch, enjoy a late afternoon game drive around the many lakes and springs fed by Kilimanjaro’s melting snows in search of Amboseli’s legendary elephant herds. Enjoy dinner at the lodge.
Lake Nakuru
Enjoy breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley – boasting hot springs, geysers, volcanoes and some of the oldest, largest and deepest lakes in the world. The alkaline shallow soda lakes are famous for their flamingo flocks gathering to feed and breed along the lakeshore. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Lodge to enjoy lunch and the afternoon at your leisure. Dinner will be savoured at the restaurant.
Lake Nakuru
Today you’ll head out on a game drive to explore Lake Nakuru National Park, hosting over 500 species of birds in the park, as well as the big hitters such as lion, rhino and buffalo, amongst others. On return to the lodge, take a refreshing dip in the pool overlooking a watering hole – frequently visited by wildlife – while enjoying the stunning views of the park and lake on the horizon. Enjoy dinner at the lodge.
Masai Mara
Depart after breakfast and drive along the Great Rift Valley floor to enter the Masai Mara National Reserve, where you immediately begin game viewing, passing wildlife herds on the vast savannah plains as you drive towards Mara Simba Lodge. After lunch, take a late afternoon game drive, returning to your lodge for dinner.
Masai Mara
Wake up at the crack of dawn and head off in your 4×4 game viewing vehicle, for some of the Masai Mara’s exceptional game viewing. Witness the sun rising over the savannah grasslands, the silhouette of giraffe, elephant, wildebeest – and many more – on the horizon. Return to camp, enjoy lunch and an afternoon of leisure. Take a dip in the pool or kick back on a sun lounger with your favourite book in hand. Back on the vehicle for your next enthralling game drive, perhaps the Big-5 is on the cards this afternoon? Enjoy dinner before winding down around the campfire under the star-filled African sky.
Depart
After a final morning game drive, enjoy breakfast before your airstrip transfer for your flight to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Your Wildlife Safari guest representative will meet and transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward travel arrangements.

Kenya has as good a claim as anywhere to being the country where modern safaris began, and where they’re done best, and it still regularly features high on travel magazines ‘must-visit’ lists. Kenya has been doing what it does best for decades, and yet there’s always something new to discover on Kenya safaris.
